We position the design process as the uppermost stream, and we put useful data of each process in database form.
In each process (design → pattern → estimation → ordering materials → production instruction → delivery), the information is incorporated from the shared database; thus, there are no mistakes to thoroughly proceed to the next stage.
The database builds the chronological method along with the workflow, and has a system which makes it difficult to proceed the next process if something is missing. This routine can proceed to the next course without missing that which is being omitted.

Various colors, materials, and parts are available; however, these names and types of numbers can be delivered without mistakes to the next stage through the database.

This is a sheet for the design basis, specifying the design illustration, size specifications, materials to be used, which is the basis of data to be delivered to the end of production management.
This sheet is created from the data written on the design planning sheet.
We provide the estimation with high accuracy with data on the necessary length and the materials to be used.
In response to commercialization of a product, this sheet is used to calculate and order the necessary volume of materials from the design planning sheet and the date on the estimation sheet.

This is a sheet to manage the sewing site smoothly.
For the products made overseas, cooperative factories outside of Japan are in charge of sewing. A local staff works closely with the Japanese Headquarters. For sewing, we repeatedly check each of the processes one by one to ensure high quality.
Overseas factories share the information on appearance, sewing technique, and dimensions with the production management team in Japan, and are consistent with the quality control in Japanese standards which do not allow any compromises in all aspects.
